  2. AFJROTC Mission C/Col Stewart MISSION “ Develop citizens of character dedicated to serving their nation and community .” CADET HONOR CODE “I will not lie, steal or cheat, nor will I tolerate those who do.”

Team Goals C/Col Stewart  Cadet Impact Goals:  Unit will conduct at least four fundraising events  The Corps will conduct at least four flag raising ceremonies  School Impact Goals:  The unit will complete at least five APTs  At least 70% of the cadets will participate in at least one extracurricular activity  Community Impact Goals:  At a minimum, the unit will conduct four community service events involving at least 25 cadets  Unit will complete at least 2,200 hours of community service

Training Priorities C/Major Moreno  First Year Improvement:  Motivated them to participate in community service  Encouraged them to join our award- winning Drill Team and Sabre Team  Enlisted Soph/Junior Improvement:  Put them in leadership positions at community service events  Gave them color guard opportunities at District board meetings, Diamondbacks games, NHS induction ceremonies

Training Priorities C/Col Popovici  How We Improved Our Officers:  Assigned them specific jobs such as logistics, historian, public affairs, etc.  Each officer was required to report their progress at bi-monthly staff meetings  Held officers to a higher standard of uniform wear as an example to underclassmen.  Encouraged Officers to serve as mentors across campus to correct and teach underclassmen in regards to respect and professionalism

Community Service C/Capt Cornelison ➢ Goal: Completed 2,200 hours ➢ Current total: 3,177 ➢ 87+ Events: Military Family Support Group, Sporting events, Veteran’s Day Celebrations, Parent-Teacher Conf, Parades, Surprise City Clean-up, DVHS beautification, etc. ➢ Big event participations averaged 30+ cadets

Wellness Officer C/Capt Espinoza  Goal: Increase Productivity/Team Building  Develop weekly PT schedule  Conducted team leadership learning exercises  Presidential Fitness Assessments (pre/post)  Field Day : April 2nd, cadets participated in Cactus High School's first annual Field Day (2 nd Place)  Sports Day : We conducted DVHS annual Sports Day April 29th with 87 cadets participating.

Logistics C/ Capt Flohrschutz  Every item ($132,750.00) was inventoried plus all uniforms were inspected; unserviceable uniforms were discarded  Transitioned old BDUs out and for new ABUs then logged each to database  Computer solely designated to logistics; maintained and automatically updated inventory for accurate recording

Public Affairs C/Capt Huelster ➢ Multiple articles/pics displayed in DVHS paper and webpage Fundraising Goal Completed Bataan Memorial Death March West Mitchell 4 x Car Washes Car Washes 1 x Value Card sales District Board Meeting (March 8th) 1 x Wrestling Snack bar Military Ball 1 x Cardinal’s Stadium Sale Diamondbacks Game/Color Guard 1 x Diamondbacks game Sports Day Awards Night * Our last car wash was April 30th - $410 Saber Team for Graduation

  12. Tech Support C/2nd Lt Hill ➢ Cadet flash drive ➢ Organized folders and safe guarded current copies of command staff slides and meeting minutes ➢ Maintained Cadet Calendar ➢ Created Logistics Database

Multi-copter Team C/Capt Hamblen  Selected four underclassmen for drone training leads next year  Training: FAA guidelines, taking proper care of the drone, and local flight rules  Video and pictures for various school events  Volleyball, flag raising ceremonies, and orienteering meets  Working plan for future events
