  • Assigned them specific jobs such as logistics, historian, public

affairs, etc.

  • Each officer was required to report their progress at bi-monthly staff

meetings

  • Held officers to a higher standard of uniform wear as an example to

underclassmen.

  • Encouraged Officers to serve as mentors across campus to correct

and teach underclassmen in regards to respect and professionalism

  • Conducted team leadership learning exercises

  • Field Day: April 2nd, cadets participated in Cactus

High School's first annual Field Day (2nd Place)

  • Sports Day: We conducted DVHS annual Sports Day

April 29th with 87 cadets participating.

inventoried plus all uniforms were inspected; unserviceable uniforms were discarded

  • Transitioned old BDUs out and

for new ABUs then logged each to database

  • Computer solely designated to

logistics; maintained and automatically updated inventory for accurate recording
