Intractable Pain

• 12/2/15: MDH announced decision to add intractable pain as a

qualifying medical condition

• 12/31/15: MDH notified Task Force co-chairs of decision
• 1/15/16: MDH will notify legislators of the decision, as required

by Minn.Stat. §152.27, subd. 2(b)
