Ministry is responsible on state mineral policy and through its subordinate organization Czech Mining Authority on

  • peration permits for mining.

Unit of State Mineral Policy prepares current state policy in the area of the sector of minerals in coordination with other relevant Ministries like of Environment, Regional Development and Finance, regions, proffessional associations, trade unions and NGOs. The Unit also

  • rganizes research projects in the area of mining

and geology that are funded from national budget.

  • Apply results of all previous task into regional RM policies
