NEMO’S Main Targets • Restructure and Integrate the European micro-optics landscape • Set-up durable R&D centers to provide Europe with services and technologies on micro-optics • Increase the competitiveness of Europe’s industry • Pursue world-wide recognition of Europe’s long term research in micro-optics • Create awareness on the enabling role of micro-optics • Provide education and training at different societal levels • Contribution in the short and the long term to the Quality of Life (security, health, communication)
