• I. In order to improve the SDO performance on the implementation of the Programs, Projects and

Activities (PP As) as well as in the submission of the DMEA reports to the Office of the Regional Director, this Office advised all the concerned to adhere to the timeline for the preparation, validation, finalization and reporting of the 2019 Quarter 4 Division Monitoring, Evaluation and Adjustment (DMEA) Report, to wit:

December 10 -13, 2019 Functional Division's (FD) Interface- Coordination Meeting and Preparation ofFD' s MEA Report December 17, 2019 (SGOD) Validation of the Functional Division's MEA Reports by the December 18, 2019 (CID) December 19, 2019 (OSDSj DMEA Technical Working Group December 19, 2019 Submission of the FD's MEA Report to SMME for Division Consolidation December 20, 2019 Finalization and Presentation of Functional Division's MEA December 20. 2019 Consolidation of Quarter 4 DMEA Reports December 23, 2019 Finalization ofDMEA Reports December 26, 2019 Submission of the Quarter 3 DMEA Report to the Office of the Regional Director

• 2. Likewise, members of the DMEA TWG shall religiously perform its .roles and responsibilities as

stated in the Division Memorandum dated April17, 2019.

• 3. Expenses relative to the conduct of the DMEA Activities shall be charged against Division

MOOEIHRTD Fund subject to usual accounting and auditing rules and regulations.
