This presentation contains projections and forward looking information that involve various risks and uncertainties, including, without limitation, statements regarding the potential extent of mineralization, resources, reserves, exploration results and plans and

  • bjectives of North Arrow Minerals Inc. These risks and uncertainties include, but are

not restricted to, the amount of geological data available, the uncertain reliability of drilling results and geophysical and geological data and the interpretation thereof and the need for adequate financing for future exploration and development efforts. There can be no assurance that such statements will prove to be accurate. Actual results and future events could differ materially from those anticipated in such statements. These and all subsequent written and oral forward-looking statements are based on the estimates and opinions of management on the dates they are made and are expressly qualified in their entirety by this notice. MEL PROJECT - NU

Mel Project

  • 100% interest in 7,500 hectare property on Melville

Peninsula; 140 km south of Hall Beach; 210 km northeast Naujaat.

  • Three to five unique unsourced KIM trains well-

defined from over 750 NAR & historic till samples.

  • 2013, 2014, 2015 and 2016 till sampling &

prospecting programs have systematically advanced the project.

  • Applying for drill permits - 2017 or 2018.

10 km Northern Train Southern Train

  • Acquired in 2013.
  • Two unsourced clusters of

kimberlite indicator minerals (KIMs) from +500 till samples in assessment records; “Northern Train” and “Southern Train”.

  • Trains contain pyrope and

eclogite garnets as well as ilmenites.

  • Short programs have been

conducted annually out of Naujaat.

  • 2016 sampling conducted
  • nly on Northern Train; ice

direction understood; 3 or more possible source target areas have been defined.

MEL PROJECT, NORTHERN TRAIN 2013 & 2014

  • Highest kimberlite

indicator mineral grain (“KIM”) counts were ~10 grains.

  • Sampling in 2013

and 2014 focused

  • n the potential

cut-off area.

intensive program yet.

  • Over 200 samples

  • Three very high

grain counts in train 1 with barren samples up ice suggest it could be cut-off.

  • Train 2 yields

highest KIM counts yet and appears to be cut-off; close to source.

  • Possible third train

defined with possible cut-off.

  • 111 samples
  • Program designed

to firmly establish up-ice cut-offs for Trains 1, 2 & 3.

  • Most samples are

barren of KIMs – confirming KIM Trains are now well cut-off.

  • Train 2 sample with

>1,200 KIMs – an

  • rder of magnitude

more KIMs; close!

  • Infill sampling

shows potential for two more source areas.
