Professional Rental & Association Management Our All Inclusive Rental Agreement is easy for you and provides your rental guests the service they expect when renting a luxury vacation home. • We partner with you and your Homeowners Association to create an iconic brand for your property and home in Steamboat Springs. • Your rental guests will be provided the best guest service experience and hotel like amenities which are funded through our rental management fee. • The Rental Management Fee is a highly inclusive fee that is competitive with other full-service rental management companies and insures guest service consistency at the Meadows. • Wyndham Vacation Rentals returns a large portion of its fees in the form of SERVICE. This sets us apart from the cut-rate competition. • Wyndham Vacation Rentals does not profit from Homeowner Association Operation and Management. Steamboat’s Best Private Shuttle Service  On Call shuttle service during the ski season to the ski area base and downtown Steamboat 8 a.m. – 11p.m. operated by Wyndham Vacation Rentals.  Our private shuttle and van service consistently ranks as our number one amenity in guest surveys and many repeat guests remark that the shuttle is what brings them back.  Our shuttle drivers all possess a CDL and go through a supervised training program.

Exclusive Rental Owner Benefit • The Wyndham Home Exchange (WHE) is a benefit for our Rental owners that allows you to deposit shoulder season weeks in your Lodge vacation rental for exchange into vacation experiences across the globe. • Owners may deposit up to 5 weeks per calendar year. • Once it is deposited the weeks are assigned a point value. • Owners can then search through thousands of vacation options available all around the world. • Membership in the program is paid by Wyndham Vacation Rentals.
