Learning Curve

  • Grade Calculation

– Be careful to not overwhelm students – Remember the reason for the corequisite course – Wording is key! – Everything must have a GRADE

  • Math Content

– Course content must flow – Corequisite must support credit level – Keep the credit level course content

  • Don’t be afraid - Change it UP!

– Ask for student input – Book option(s) – Use resources – Bring in Math Mindset (Mathematical Mindsets by Jo Boaler) – Testing or quizzes in corequisite – Use your LMS (Brightspace by D2L)
