Centrally air conditioned mfg facility equipped with HEPA filter. ISO 9001:2008 certified unit by DNV, cGMP Environment, bottles comply with USP <661> recent addition. Installed capacity to make 120Mn bottles and 60 Mn Screw Caps per year. Young team ‐ trained in India as well as outside India to master the know ‐ how.

PRODUCT RANGE 40cc to 950cc white PE round shaped, IBM, with SP 400NF. 1750cc, 2000cc, 2500cc white PE round shaped, EBM, with SP400 NF. 40cc to 1500cc – HW bottles (EBM), with SP400NF. OINDP containers of 15cc, 20cc, 30cc sizes SN as well as CN 600cc & 750cc Cylindrical jars with accessories Screw Caps with liner ranging from 33mm to 100mm
Committed to meet most exacting schedules with care… 10 Micron clean, enclosed finished goods warehouse. FIFO in ‐ place. Double bag packing with inner label + corrugated shipper dully taped and labeled. 24 Hrs X 365 days – A.C. Storage for Caps & Liner, with temp. mapping. Warehouse capable to store 10 Mn Units of bottles & Caps.
