 ≥ 6 visits  ≥ 5 months between Intake and Discharge visits

 27 adults, 155 children  56% Black, 35% White, 13% Hispanic  Equal numbers of male and female participants  Almost 70% of MATCH client households earned

below $25,000/year

Enrollment and Retention

182 enrolled 173: ≥1 follow-up visits paired with intake 132: ≥ 6 visits in ≥ 5 months
