FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY FOR OFFICIAL USE ONLY

  • Over the six months from 30 November 2014 to 31 May 2015, $1.3m in

direct costs have been incurred

– Largest costs relate to relocation of staff ($301,038), telephony ($489,959) and IT and records management ($292,987).

  • DEDJTR expects that further costs will be incurred in 2015‐16 as systems

consolidation is finalised.

– In June 2015, the Victorian Government announced a new model for shared ICT

  • services. DEDJTR will look to align and integrate its systems consolidation work

into new Victorian Government shared service platforms where it makes sense to do so.
