What is the Extra Mile Project?

The Extra Mile Project is an extension of our existing visitation

program. The Extra Mile Project will allow for more people to get

involved in outreach with a greater Gospel impact in our community.

How does the Extra Mile Project work?

Four different teams will meet just one time a month on a Tuesday

night. Team members that night will be involved in:
1. making visits
2. making phone calls & letter writing
3. distributing various special events flyers and church newsletters
4. working in the nursery.

Those who desire to be prayer partners will be praying for the visitation ministry from their home and those who sign up for special events will be contacted as needed since the dates and times of special events vary.

What am I going to be involved in?

You can sign up to be involved in 1 of 6 different areas of ministry, it’s up to you:

Visiting
Letter Writing & Phone Calls
Distribution
Prayer Partner
Nursery/Childcare
Special Events

What is my commitment?

Enroll for one year to be involved in the visitation program one night a month, only 12 times a year.

How long will each night last?

We are asking you to be here for an hour and a half. (6:45-8:15)

How can I get involved?

There are sign-up sheets in the foyer. You can sign up for the Tuesday night of the month that works the best for you and also for the area you feel comfortable serving in.
