We provide local in-country, field service representatives (FSR) in 155 countries across the globe. We now have more than 500 engineers, ready and available at short notice, with the in-depth expertise and experience to support your projects. LOGCS LTD LOGCS Engineering Services We offer engineering and managed services on all V-sat networks. Our team works seamlessly on 1m to 4m antennas, we also have engineers with the capability to work on larger Earth Stations of up to 16m. The team carry out our work on various antennas from inclined orbit to Sea Tel. Last year (2016) we carried out more than 300 installation/upgrades and 500 maintenance visits in Africa alone. LOGCS LTD Service Standards We are a dynamic company that is setting the standards in our industry for others to follow. We have built an unparalleled reputation for quality service with more than 70 of our contract engineers having completed the GVF Advanced Installers Course. We also have several engineers who are GVF certified instructors. All field service engineers have a minimum of three years in field VSAT experience. Most of our team have average of nine years experience. Our instructors carry out visits to countries periodically to assess and train new engineers and also to upgrade skills of current engineers, this is ongoing to ensure standards of service. LOGCS LTD DoD and British MoD Security Cleared Engineers We at LOGCS LTD began life as a supplier of Security Cleared Engineers to NATO during the Balkans conflict. We have supplied engineers on contract work in several Middle Eastern countries. We have over 21 years experience supplying engineers on contract for sensitive projects.
