SPSA Evaluation  Federal and State Education Programs Branch (FSEP) will be freezing the Title I budgets of all schools who have not submitted their 2016-2017 SPSA Evaluation.  When a budget is frozen, it means that the school will not be able to submit any P-Card/Travel Card reconciliations, Imprest reconciliations, Shopping Carts, Ghost Cards (Toshiba copying charges) and budget adjustments/transfer of expenditures. Generally, this means the school will not have access to the funds during the freeze period regardless if the expenditures are described in the Single Plan for Student Achievement.
