Industry: In the community, the industry is represented by the food industry. The main industrial production of Koblivska UTC is:

• wine products:
• sunflower oil unrefined;
• flour, groats;
• pasta;
• baked goods;
• cold meats, sausages.

Community agriculture:

• cereal crops - wheat, barley, millet, corn for

grain;

• technical crops - rape, sunflower, soybeans;
• grapes;
• meat and dairy production, sheep breeding,

poultry farming, fishing, beekeeping.

Specialization of economy of Koblivska UTC

In the southern territories there is a developed tourism sector, the northern territories occupy commodity production of agricultural products, on agricultural land are laid significant vineyards .

Tourism

Koblivska UTC has a great resort potential. On the shore of the Black Sea along the coastal strip, there are 4 recreation areas: Koblevo, Lugove, Morske,

• Rybakivka. About 170 recreation centers offer their services to tourists from

Ukraine, Belarus, Moldova and other countries. Every year on the shore of the Black Sea Koblevo-Rybakivka recreation zone heals about 180 thousand people.

Development of the village

The main sector is agriculture Diversification of the rural economy Improving the quality of life in the village Organizing agriculture and support of agricultural producers (cooperative forms) Agricultural services for producers: training, counseling, informing. • Providing the status of a resort of local importance to coastal areas, developing tourist infrastructure and

creating additional 1,500 community workplaces.

• Establishment of the agro-recreational cluster resort "Koblevo".
• Support and implementation of the International Technical Assistance Project "Agrarian and Rural

Development Support Program in Ukraine" under the contract with the USAID.

• Development of urban planning documentation of settlements and creation of a community construction

complex:

• design, construction and operation of social buildings of the united community to meet the needs of the

disabled, low-income categories of people, ATO soldiers, temporary displaced persons, administrative workers (young specialists).

• Preparation of land management documentation for the allocation of land for construction:
• quay with berths in the village Koblevo;
• a land plot (formerly a quarry) in the village Vinogradne for the infrastructure of the tour with the pier;
• land plot in the village Ukrainka for the creation of infrastructure and material base for the annual Black

Sea Cup Kitesurfing; Creation of the All-Ukrainian Center "Kitesurfing".

• industrial Park in the village Novo-Fedorivka, and Fedorivka
• Assistance in the creation of the Tiligul National Park by combining two landscape parks of the Mykolayiv

and Odessa regions of Ukraine.

• Implementation of the investment project "Файно по-домашньому запрошує" in Novofedorovka as

part of a single Black Sea gastronomic tour;

• Reclamation (clearing and burrowing) of ponds in the villages of Novofedorovka and Fedorivka in order to

develop tourism attractiveness.

• Creation of a medical center of international standard on the basis of the former clinic of the Moldovan

Association of Resorts.

Achievements in 2017:

• The submitted project applications for participation in four project proposals from partners from

Greece, Romania and Turkey in the first call for proposals of the ENI CBC "The Black Sea Program Baseline Program 2014-2020", deadline - February 2018;

• Involvement and support of USAID technical assistance for Koblivska UTC in the Project "Program of

support agrarian and rural development in Ukraine" to promote decentralization, economic capacity building and employment expansion. 2 project proposals for implementation were received;

• The Program of the Institution "Local Development Agency of Koblev Community Territorial

Community" was developed and approved for 2017-2020 years;

• Participation with the Mykolayiv Regional State Administration in the project application "Creation of

a resort of local importance on the territory of Koblev village HTR Berezan district Mykolaiv region" at a competition for selection of projects that can be implemented with EU funds;

• Participation in the development of the first agro-recreational cluster "Koblevoe Resort" in Ukraine

within the framework of the EU project "Support to Agricultural and Food Policy in Ukraine”;

• The project proposal "Restoration and Capacity Building in Kobliv OTG for ensuring maximum

integration into the public life of internally displaced persons and ATO veterans" was prepared and submitted for participation in the regional development projects competition funded by the World Bank Grant No. TFOA 3307, according to the CMU resolution from November 16, 2016 No. 827.

Achievements in 2017:

• Development of the project proposal "Establishment of the Citizens' Security Center of Koblivska UTC in

Berezan District, Mykolaiv Oblast";

• The "Tourism Development Program of the Koblev United Territorial Community of Berezan District for 2018-

2020" was developed;

• The project proposal "Creation of the CPAS in Koblivska UTC of Berezan District, Mykolaiv region" was

developed;

• Participated in the certification training of representatives of the Program Institution:
• ENI CBC "Operational Program 2014-2020 on the Black Sea Basin";
• "Kyiv Dialogue" is the key to sustainable development of the community and training on the writing of

grants, the APOLLO program is an association of cooperation in the field of ecology, agriculture and village development in Eastern Europe;

• "Farm Bum" Odessa;
• Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of Ukraine on the program "Preservation and reproduction of

natural ecosystems as components of the ecological network and objects of the natural reserve fund of Ukraine".

• Participated in training seminars on the basis of the Mykolaiv Center for Local Self-Government Development,

created with the support of the U-LEAD Program with Europe;

• Cooperation with the LASKA Charitable Foundation (Canada);
• Introduction to the Association "Cruise Tourism of Ukraine";
• Signed a Letter of Intent on the development and implementation of the investment project "Файна по-

домашньому запрошує";

Achievements in 2017:

• A Memorandum of Understanding and Cooperation with the Association of Local Self-

Government of the Chernivtsi Oblast, the "Community Development Agency of Bukovyna", Nedoboyev UTC of Khotyn district of Chernivtsi region, Nikolayev editorial office of the newspaper "Nikolaev News", was signed;

• Projects of cooperation agreements to Mykolayiv and Poltava Center for Local Self-Government

Development were directed;

• An investment map (passport) and a register of topical investment projects of the community

are being developed;

• A commemorative booklet of the Kobleve community is being developed;
• The site of the Institution is being developed;
• Active work with the governance at all levels, community, youth and others who are not

indifferent to the flowering of Koblivska UTC , representatives of our community.

• Preparing for cooperation with the program "Decentralization brings better results and

effectiveness" (DOBRE), the US Agency for Development - USAID to create and set up a hub community.

• Cooperation with organisation "Center for Reforms and Local Development" under the project

"Development of Institutional Capacity of the Local Development Agency of the Kobleve Community".
