We were introduced to this exceptional country property by the agent. Although there was a potential buyer showing interest it was not converting into an offer. To help widen the appeal of the property we redecorated a few of the rooms using a more neutral palette to give a more contemporary look. We then rearranged the layout of existing furniture and brought in some finishing touches in the way of statement accessories, soft furnishings and artwork. In the process of transforming the property, the
- wners fell back in love with their home and
decided they no longer wished to move. A fantastic, if not unexpected, result for our client!
