Prices & Payment

Payments A non returnable deposit of £150 must be paid by cheque or bank transfer following registration to confirm a

• place. This must be received by 6pm on Sunday 3 July or the place may be lost. Payment instructions are

shown on the relevant screen within the booking system and must be followed (including the requirement for remittance advice). Further payments will be required to be made as follows: 31 August 2016 - £50 30 November 2016 - £150 28 February 2017 - £200 31 May 2017 - £200 31 July 2017 - final payment of outstanding balance (estimated at £50 depending on activity choices) All payments are less any fundraising or grant that has been allocated to participants by the due date. Over-payments and early payments will be accepted at any time. This means that following the deposit, paying £50 per calendar month between July 2016 and July 2017 inclusive will cover the required amounts. Payments will be recorded on our online booking system allowing you to log in to view the outstanding balance at any time. The advertised costs take account of contingency and currency fluctuation. Following the trip expenditure will be analysed and any unspent money returned to participants on a pro-rata basis.
