License/ ID, mail postmarked in last 30 days, utility bill from last 30 days, etc.)

  • Pay $50 annual fee (cash, check, or credit card)
  • Bring in library card and receipt of payment to the Westworth Village Utility

Department and receive credit toward your utility account
