In 2010, the Latino team had eleven members (consumers
and family members).
They were contracted to work from 5 to 20 hours a week. Since July 2012, there has been only one full time.

We are looking to fill two part time positions.
Logic Model History Advocacy Individual and telephone support Outreach Education Future Plans Digital Story
Promote cooperation and collaboration. Support families as needed. Attend the Mental Health Board meetings. Attend the Stakeholder Leadership Committee meeting. Attend the suicide intervention workgroup meeting.
Provide support. Collaborate with Family and Consumer Affairs. Collaborate with the Native American group . Plan to open a support group. Plan to collaborate with Somos Mayfair . Plan to have a support group at a women’s shelter.
Go to where the un-served and underserved are.
Host a tables at multiple community agencies. Attend community events. Attend community meetings.
Collaborate with other ECCAC teams hosted events.
To consumers and family members.
Mental health clinics, support groups and workshops.
NAMI’s Familia a Familia and monthly support group. FQHC clinics.
To other community agencies.
East side Community Center. Somos Mayfair. Sacred Heart Community Services, etc. Libraries

MHFA Trainings:
Collaborate with other ECCAC teams to provide
trainings in English.
Plan to collaborate with Family and Consumer Affairs to
provide the training in Spanish.
Spanish materials will be available in March.
Provide information on:
Mental health/mental illness in Spanish. Available County services. How to access County services. Other support strategies.
