✘ Goal 1: To provide an additional resource and programmatic setting to further meet the individualized needs of all learners as evidenced by the fidelity of implementation of the online program. Monitor fidelity of the online learning program implementation through effective professional learning, data analysis, and observational feedback from students, staff and parents. ✘ Goal 2: Ensure all students have access to rigorous and relevant learning

Online classes are directly aligned to the district adopted curriculum to ensure a rigorous, guaranteed and viable curriculum. ✘ Goal 3: Provide high-quality curricular programs that promote continuous growth to close the achievement gap and ensure proficiency and beyond. ✘ Goal 4: Provide students with supports that promote social emotional well-being and create a strong and connected classroom community.

Full-time virtual teaching/learning school - Live teacher-led instruction (recordings made available after live lessons) and asynchronous learning. This model will support grades K-8. Students would be enrolled in LESD Digital Learning Academy as opposed to a physical LESD
