CLEARWATER - EAU CLAIRE GEOLOGY
SUMMARY
EAU CLAIRE DEPOSIT Gold mineralization is generally located within structurally-controlled, high-grade en-echelon quartz-tourmaline veins and adjacent altered rocks. The vein system is predominantly hosted within a thick sequence of massive and pillowed mafic volcanic flows, interbedded with narrow intervals of volcaniclastic sedimentary rocks. Both flows and sediments have been intruded by multiple phases of felsic and porphyry dykes. Host rocks have been folded and deformed (sheared) through several deformation events. The gold bearing veins may occur as thin fracture fill with tourmaline and develop along an easterly strike and a southerly dip (450W zone) into thick quartz-tourmaline veins with zoned tourmaline+/-actinolite+/-biotite+/-carbonate alteration halos which can measure up to several metres in thickness. 3D Modeling interprets mineralization as defined by structural and lithological controls
RESOURCE DRILLING Drilling since 2011 focused on the upper 1/3 of the deposit to a vertical depth of 400 metres; 2012/2013 Drilling: a significant number of high-grade intercepts defined a “critical mass” that may support future, ramp-accessible “mineable” gold resources
2015 EAU CLAIRE: MINERAL RESOURCE ESTIMATE 1 (see slide 15 for note) Measured & Indicated: 951,000 oz @ 4.09 g/t Au - 7,225,000 tonnes Total Inferred: 633,000 oz @ 3.88 g/t Au – 5,072,000 tonnes

ÉLÉONORE SOUTH JV GEOLOGY
SUMMARY
The Eléonore South's prospective corridor is interpreted as a late-stage hydrothermal-magmatic mineralized system emplaced along the margins of the tonalite intrusion, close to, or at the contact with surrounding metasediments. These indicators of the hydro-thermal magmatic system include the presence of hydrothermal breccia, sheeted veins, extensive pervasive alteration, no specific deformation zone related to alteration/mineralization, etc.
