  • Formal (Ruling) - leader has a power over people, holding

the top position for a certain period of time.

  • Informal (Guiding) - investment of trust to their people,

having skilled people around who coordinate and work together in order to accomplish targets

  • Intuitive (Inspiring) - have the courage to stand up and let
