National Survey of Student Engagement (NSSE)

Through its student survey, The College Student Report, NSSE annually collects information at hundreds of four-year colleges and universities about first-year and senior students' participation in programs and activities that institutions provide for their learning and personal

  • development. The results provide an estimate of how undergraduates

spend their time and what they gain from attending college.

KUAN Student Survey

Evaluation of Academic Advising Experience

The purpose of this survey was to collect information about the student experience with academic advising at KU. The intended use of the information collected is to improve academic advising services available to students. This was done by creating student learning outcomes around advising, and then measuring how students perceived these learning outcomes were addressed through their advising experiences. The results provide an overview of what students are learning in advising and how they utilize the advising services across campus.
