Dual Enrollment

Dual Enrollment began in 2009 and was designed to

  • ffer high school students the opportunity to take

MSJC courses at their high school, taught during the regular school day, by qualified high school instructors who meet CCC minimum qualifications.

Program Evolution

Middle College:

  • An innovative high school on a MSJC campus providing students the
  • pportunity to complete courses that meet general education and/or career

education certificate completion while earning their high school diploma.

Annex:

  • Offering open MSJC courses in a designated location, on a high school
  • campus. The intention is to offer courses that align with the general

education and/or career education certificate completion.

CCAP Agreements (AB 288):

  • Provides a sequence of courses in general education and/or career education

to traditionally underrepresented students in higher education.
