• Expedited the housing

placement process.

• Changed intake model due to

COVID-19 including online referral form.

• Working with Miracle Messages

to assist clients with family reunifications.

Partnered with Catholic Charites

• Opened 63 Room Stay in Place

Hotel.

• Shelters families who have been

exposed to COVID-19.

• 10 pregnant women housed.
• Onsite prenatal care.
• Daily Meals provided.

Partnered with Provider 5 Keys two hotel sites

• Individuals who have recovered

from COVID 19 and Veterans.

• Over 450 adults sheltered.
• Daily Meals provided.
• Medical Services provided by

DPH.
