SB Plaza Europa Hotel & Porta Fira Hotel Tourist Tax: 0.90€ + 10% VAT per person/day. Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower Tourist Tax: 2,25€ + 10% VAT per person/day. That amount will be paid directly at the hotel. Tourist Tax is not included in the room rate and is subject to possible modification, without prior notice, due to changes in government regulations. Tourist Tax is applicable to guests older than 16 years and for a maximum of 7 days.
Cancellation Policy: ▪ All cancellations must be notified in writing to the e-mail address of the Technical Secretariat of the Congress. ▪ From March 1 until May 30, 50% refund of the accommodation cost. ▪ After June 1, cancellation without refund. Shuttle bus: SB Plaza Europa Hotel and Porta Fira Hotel will have a shuttle bus service provided by the organization. This bus service will run all day going to and from the congress venue. Shuttle service will be included for free if the accommodation on these hotels is organized through the Congress Secretariat. Congress Venue: Hyatt Regency Barcelona Tower MPS Patients and their families have a priority to stay at the Congress Venue to facilitate their attendance to the Scientific and Family Sessions. For that reason, the organization will only be able to sell the available rooms to the rest of the public after May 30, 2020
