User Experience Physical: The Prime minister is putting mask on the residents there who are elderly Cognitive: The elderly may be thinking if this mask would be able to fit comfortably onto his face. Social: They are communicating happily as there is smiles on their faces Cultural: A bunch of residents during a meetup with the prime ministers Emotional: Joy and happiness Insights Preventive measures should be taken by residents against the haze situation.

Cognitive: When traveling around, the poor visibility of the haze make traveling less safe Social: They tend to watch out for each other more often and put on masks Cultural: Emotional: From their faces, it can be seen that they are feeling frustrated as they have negative issues about the haze. Insights Haze poses as a danger to both young and the old. It reduces visibility and give rise to breathing difficulty.

Cognitive: As shown in the picture, in reaction to the haze, the elderly pedestrians have used various ways to filter the air they breathe, either using a mask or a cloth to cover their mouth. Cultural: Despite the hazy conditions, people still go on with their daily activities like going out of the house but just wearing a mask. This could have manifested based on how people do not see the direct effects of the haze on their health but decide to act when different signs of health problems show up. Chances are it maybe too late for normal medicine. Emotional: Frustrated about the hazy situation. Insights Haze poses as a visible and a health threat to pedestrians
