• CE marking and Declaration of Conformity.
• The premises must be safe.
• Must be properly maintained by competent people.
• Periodic thorough examinations
• Any reports of safety defects should be actioned as

appropriate.

• Supplementary Tests
• Thorough Examinations must be actioned.
• Risk assessments are suitable and sufficient
• A sufficient number of people are adequately trained,

instructed and informed

• All accidents should be recorded.
