Historic Resources Qualifying Statement
A Qualified Person has not completed sufficient work to verify these resource estimates. A Qualified Person has not done sufficient work to classify the resource estimates as current mineral resources and the issuer is not treating the resource estimates as current mineral resources. These estimates are unclassified and do not use the categories set out in Sections 1.2 and 1.3 of NI 43-101 as defined by the Canadian Institute of Mining, Metallurgy and Petroleum (“CIM”). These resource estimates are only relevant to obtain a reference to gold and silver mineralization potential present on the property. Additional drilling would need to be completed in order to upgrade and verify mineral resource estimates.
Forward-Looking Statements

Investment Highlights
❖ Gold in Nevada ❖ Historical Resources ❖ Exploration Upside ❖ Other Projects
✓ Iron Butte Gold-Silver Project ✓ Located south of Battle Mountain Trend ✓ Excellent infrastructure ✓ Two historical resource estimates ✓ Oxide gold and silver mineralization ✓ Open-pit, heap-leach potential ✓ Multiple target zones along 3km strike ✓ Untested anomalous gold/mercury ✓ Infill for inadequately tested areas ✓ Uranium option in Athabasca ✓ Zinc option in Sturgeon Lake belt, Ontario
3
Iron Butte Overview
❖ Roughrider Exploration has the opportunity to acquire a 100% interest in the Iron Butte oxide gold-silver project in Nevada ❖ Historical unclassified resource estimate reported 13.3 million tonnes @ 0.664 g/t (313,899 ounces Au) within the oxide horizon as defined by 221 RC drill holes ❖ Extensive upside potential in multiple zones along >3km strike, at depth, within untested zones of anomalous gold +/- mercury rock samples, and around mineralized drill hole intercepts ❖ Roughrider believes there is an excellent opportunity to determine the economic viability of the current oxide gold-silver mineralization identified to date
4
Iron Butte Location
❖ Iron Butte project is located in Lander County, north-central Nevada,
- approx. 60km south of Battle
Mountain ❖ Project consists of 24 unpatented lode claims, 720 hectares ❖ 100% owned by the vendor ❖ Excellent access and infrastructure with power lines and State maintained roads within 4km of the property ❖ Exploration can be conducted all year
5
Iron Butte Geology
❖ Mineralization at the Red Ridge zone is outcropping at surface ❖ Three satellite zones (North Zone, South Zone, East Zone) have all intersected similar styles of mineralization ❖ Au‐Ag mineralization is believed to be controlled by N‐S, NNE and E‐W structures ❖ Mineralization is also disseminated between veins, silicified structures and brecciated zones, and can
- ccur proximal to contact zones
❖ Mineralization is thought to be epithermal in nature with some similarities to sediment hosted Carlin type gold systems

Iron Butte Oxide Zone
8
A A’ Alpaca (Cleath) 2010. ❖ Cross section shows oxide/sulphide boundary ❖ Shallow, potential for open pit
Iron Butte Historical Estimates
❖ Calculated using ID2 ❖ Block size: 20x20x20 ft ❖ Search radius: 200 ft ❖ Tonnage factor: 12 ft3/ton ❖ Calculated using sectional ore boundary interpretations across 19 sections ❖ Section width: 280 ft ❖ Search ellipse: 200 ft x 60 ft ❖ Tonnage factor: 13 ft3/ton

9
Iron Butte Exploration Upside
❖ Over 3 km of additional strike length
- f mapped N‐S, NNE and E‐W
structures ❖ Over 1.5 km of contact zone between the Tertiary volcanics and basement sedimentary rocks ❖ Untested anomalous mercury rock samples in the southeastern part of the property ❖ Higher grade Au‐Ag mineralized veins along strike have not been targeted by historic drilling ❖ East Zone Au‐Ag mineralization remains open in all directions ❖ Oxide mineralization to be targeted at North Zone where numerous Au‐Ag intercepts in sulphide have been returned
10
Iron Butte Exploration
❖ West-dipping epithermal vein in North Zone
11
Iron Butte Exploration
❖ North Zone Breccia vein stock work hosted in siltstone
12
Iron Butte Exploration
❖ South Zone outcrop with sheeted vuggy quartz veins
13
Iron Butte Terms
Additional Terms: ❖ 2.5% NSR (option to buy down first 1% for $1M, and additional 0.5% for $1M) ❖ $500,000 payable for every 1 million ounces of gold produced ❖ $500,000 payable for every 10 million ounces of silver produced Roughrider Exploration has the option to earn a 100% interest in the Iron Butte project through the following deal terms:
100% REL ownership
14
Iron Butte Exploration Plan
❖ Mobilize field crews to expand the size of the Iron Butte land package ❖ Continue compiling historical data SPRING ❖ Generate a new robust geological model ❖ Plan drill program to confirm historical results, to collect samples for metallurgical studies, and to test exploration targets SUMMER ❖ Conduct infill and exploration drill program ❖ Engage consultant in PEA data collection and related studies, including NI 43-101 compliant resource estimate 2018
