world (source: APNIC). The numbers of small allocations are growth after final /8 stage.

• IPv6 addresses: 27 blocks /32 and 46 blocks /48. 2008 and 2016 has most

number of allocations.

• Decree No. 72/2013/ND-CP of Vietnamese Government on the management, provision and use of

Internet services and online information.

• Circular No. 24/2015/TT-BTTTT of the Minister of Information and Communications on the management

and use of internet resources.

• Principles:
• Internet resources belong to the Government. Individual, organizations do not have the ownership, just

the right to register to use.

• It is strictly prohibited to use Internet resources for purposes of opposing the State of the Socialist

Republic of Vietnam, disturbing security, economy, social order and safety, undermining the nation's fine tradition and custom, infringing upon the legitimate rights and interests of organizations and individual.

• Internet Resources that are related to Government agencies, the Party must be protected. Inappropriate

entities do not have right to register.
