  11. Issues from 2013 to affect Cane Supply 2014 Season • Factory Issues that affect cane supply Factory Breakdowns – Minimal long stops this year. • Maintenance stops prior to bin make – getting rarer • • Maintenance stops after bin make that affect overnight loadings – still some impact 1 or 2 events Longer Factory cleans than forecast. – getting rarer • • Cane Supply Issues that affect factory operations No early morning cane – Can’t supply bins for bin make - Good • Unfilled bins – Can’t turn around bins to fill required loading – hardly • any Low Bin weights – need greater bin turnaround, can’t tip fast enough • – excellent bin weights this year • Short Billets bog down Shredders reducing rate causing slower bin turnaround. – Work on A Shredder has reduced impact.

  12. Invicta Factory goals for 2014. • Availability – 88% - on track • Average weekly throughput greater than 145000 tonnes – on track • Goal to achieve 20% days loaded above 23000 tonnes per day (11.1% - 2013) – 34.4% STD 2014 Looking on track for a good year, early finish and good crop for next year?
