We exist in a time of frequent high profile data breaches, inflationary money, and concern over the security, ownership and privacy of digital information from “trusted” central authorities.

Very possibly, everything from our own identities to the diamond earrings on our earlobes, to the sneakers

  • n our feet, the tuna we buy in the supermarket, the

cars we drive, and money will all be digitized into trustless networks... and the shift has already started.

The requirements of this new digitized world is an immutable ledger that aligns incentives around allowing third parties to validate that an attribute has not been changed or misrepresented .

SERIES A OFFER STRUCTURE

Among the First of its Kind

Security (Equity) Token Offering

EMI is offering shares of tokenized Class B Common Stock, which carry. all the same rights as common stock (assets, dividends, etc.), but without the voting rights normally associated with common stock.

EQUITY

Ownership will be represented digitally on the blockchain through a token. Compliance, and other features can be programed into the tokens’ smart contracts. For example, dividends and budget allocations can be automated where funds can be sorted into various wallets based on the underlying contract terms.

TOKEN: DIGITAL ASSET

As a security token, EMI will be able to gain liquidity for it’s investors by listing the asset on global security token exchanges. EMI intends to seek liquidity opportunities for its investors by listing the EMI tokens on regulated digital securities exchanges in the future.

CAPITAL FUNDS ALLOCATION

SERIES A

From the highest level, the funds are broken up into revenue & non-revenue producing allocations. Revenue producing allocations are when raised capital is invested directly with the expectation of financial return (e.g. machines). Non-revenue allocations are largely operational support related with some cost savings investments (e.g. solar panels).
