What is the DAP-EPS?

• The Diagnostic Assessment Program-

Electronic Pathway Solution (DAP-EPS) is designed to provide shared health information to DAPs, healthcare providers and patients and their family and friends

• DAP-EPS is a joint initiative between

Cancer Care Ontario, Canadian Cancer Society and Canada Health Infoway

• After completing a pilot project for Lung

and Colorectal DAPs at Waterloo Wellington Regional Cancer Program and Regional Cancer Care Northwest, provincial roll-out is under way

How Does the DAP-EPS Work?

The DAP-EPS consists of two websites:

• an interactive tool
• built on clinically validated disease pathways
• designed to empower patients as they progress through their diagnosis journey
