For Preparation The poster format is ONE paper poster of A0 size with portrait orientation. All authors should print and bring their posters with them to the conference. All authors should put the poster up UN UNTIL 09 09:00 at at November 12 12th (before starting the opening ceremony). For Presentation The posters have been numbered and listed in the program. You should refer to the Poster Session list for the number of your poster. Attention! In 2019 3T-in-3A, the poster session will be changed. This session will be held as the Guided Pos

In the Guided Poster Tour, the session chair will guide all presenters in each session below and all audiences. Poster session [1]: 11:10-12:30 (80 minutes) at November 12th First half of this session : Guided Poster Tour[1] Last half of this session : Free discussion Poster session [2]: 13:30-14:50 (80 minutes) at November 12th First half of this session : Guided Poster Tour[2] Last half of this session : Free discussion During Guided Poster Tour : The presenting author is requested to be present at his/her poster at the time covering his/her poster number (time table see below) . The presenting author is required to give a brief introduction (2 minutes including the short discussion) to the poster. After the Guided Poster Tour : All participants can take free discussions on the research that they have own interest in.
