Remaining Rs. 9 1 9 .6 3 m illions will be spent over the period of 2-3 years  The Total sales value of Malabar county, Sundarvan Epitome, Magnet Corporate Park and Madhuban hills projects is Rs. 6 4 0 0 m illions . Out of which we have booked sales of Rs. 3 3 8 5 .3 4 m illions . Remaining sales of Rs. 3 0 1 4 .6 6 m illions is likely to be booked in coming 2-3 years .
