IN-HOUSE STAFF Reduce the existing outstanding PROJECTS THAT DO NOT workload or fill in trade gaps. REQUIRE 100% DESIGN Projects can be described with partial REPLACEMENT-IN-KIND drawings, which results in additional PROJECTS savings.
