SMALLER, MEDIUM PRIORITY PROJECTS These are projects that under a $200K threshold. PROJECTS SUPPLEMENTING IN-HOUSE STAFF Reduce the existing outstanding workload or fill in trade gaps. PROJECTS THAT DO NOT REQUIRE 100% DESIGN Projects can be described with partial drawings, which results in additional savings. REPLACEMENT-IN-KIND PROJECTS Can allow the Office of Facilities to work quickly and begin construction in an estimated 2-4 weeks. QUICKER MOBILIZATION Simple and low dollar projects can be initiated more rapidly
