TOPIC

The project focused on five African countries: Ghana, Morocco, South Africa, Kenya and Egypt. It successfully identified relevant bio-waste streams in those countries and developed a biomass conversion technology, producing bioethanol, biogas and fertilizer from waste. This technology is a huge step towards a sustainable future, as it simultaneously maximises the value
  • f the biomass and minimises waste.
