  7. STEEL WORKS Vessel’s Conversion from Motor Tanker to Bulk Carrier ➢ Dismantling and removal of all the old piping systems, manifold, gangways and various fittings. ➢ Prefabrication of new stiffeners, brackets with all the necessary components and fittings.

  8. STEEL WORKS Vessel’s Conversion from Motor Tanker to Bulk Carrier ➢ Construction of new hatch coamings and C.H. hatch covers with all the necessary components and fittings.

Deck steel plates replacement (Contract with SAIPEM) ➢ Cover & protection of all electrical cables, electrical equipment and pipe insulations with ceramic wool blankets, insulation glass-fiber sheets and galv. steel plates below the M. Deck, in order to protect them during the Hot Works.

  23. Pipe- layer Vessel’s M. Deck steel plates replacement (Contract with SAIPEM) ➢ Cutting /removal of the corroded plates & longitudinal stiffeners. ➢ Fitting /welding of the new longitudinal stiffeners.
