  • PPO serves as a bridge in connecting Industry teams and the platform

awardees

  • PPO serves both the IC and the Proposing team
  • IC requires a clear understanding of design goals, product specs and capability

  • Proposing teams requires a clear understanding on product availability (not exact

dates) and feasibility view on proposed capabilities

  • PPO needs to understand the % value of the IC contribution against committed value

progress items (like lock down requirements, specifications etc) clearly and separately while flagging any linkages
