  8. 7 Closing remarks • We are using a matrix to assess how ready we are for change across our 29 localities in Kent and Medway. • We will select a few areas to test and refine the model: • All organisations will be part of the ‘test beds’. • Test areas will accelerate roll out of the model. • We will develop an approach that shares learning for areas at different stages.
