Some ¡reported ¡cases ¡of ¡arbitrary ¡sanc4oning ¡due ¡ to ¡unclear ¡competences ¡of ¡security ¡staff; ¡ c. Restricted ¡access ¡to ¡social ¡contact, ¡par4cularly ¡in ¡ the ¡mountainous ¡areas; ¡ d. Perspectives in the field of immigration detention a.
