What about the partner countries’ legal rules? Policymakers to ensure that traineeships deliver full potential, involving:

  • employers
  • ther key stakeholders e.g.

vocational education and training institutions

  • youth organisations.

The framework Traineeships to be based on a written agreement, and pedagogical support to be provided. Trainees to be paid / compensated for work delivered. Note: Companies know nothing about this pillar!
