MMD started with Cohort 1 in 2017‐18 school year, our first pilot districts – as illustrated by the blue stars. Cohort 1 currently has: 15 districts 91 buildings

Where Are We Now?

Collaborative Work Implementation Survey (CWIS) From the fall 2018 window, data illustrates that 100% of the districts participated in the Collaborative Work Implementation Survey (CWIS). The total number of participants was 8,828 during the fall window, for which data are now available.

Self‐Assessment Practice Profile (SAPP) Between the dates of July 1, 2018 and Dec. 13, 2018, a total of 5,412 educators and administrators were active in the SAPP platform. 6
