Hwason is a company which is engaged in cosmetic precision mould production, is a subsidiary company of Kindu Packing, built up in 2010. Our company currently is established in Kindu Packing and has 40 staffs. We have the normative and integrated working procedure, advanced mould processing equipment. We insist on the quality idea that “Quality is the life of a company, quality can be manufactured”. We have exported our mould to Singapore, Thailand and so on to do the accuracy testing. Our monthly output is about
- 20sets. In order to improve the staff diathesis and quality idea constantly,
we bring in the Japanese management pattern to do training by the professional business consultant management company.

We have strong technology research and development ability with Taiwan senior leadership as center. We devote a large proportion of funds to mould hardware upgrade and technical personnel training. We have more than ten years experienced mould designer, our technical department can carry out the most satisfied project which is based on the customer’s requirement in shortest time whether the customers provide 2D painting, 3D painting or substance samples. As we undertake the task of mould design and manufacture, our product designer can also help the customer to design the preliminary 3D model to solve the problems which involve the shape and molding when it was designed. After the completion of the mould manufacture, we can provide the injection molding service if customers need.

The main business of Kindu is providing plastic packaging components for manufacturer of cosmetic manufacturer. Kinhwa mainly focuses on lipstick, lip gloss, mascara. The subsidiary company of Kindu, Huihua Coating Factory and Hwason provide high quality product to cosmetic product company. The company has earned an abundance of experience of producing plastic make-up parts with experienced technology and management team from Taiwan, advanced automatic production equipment, perfect ERP system and more than 300 employees. We major in exporting the European and American high end lipstick and lip gloss, we have cooperated with L’oreal (by agent) and other well known brands in succession.
