Chimoyo Wildlife Chimoyo is located in the disease free buffalo area of Gravelotte, Harmony block. There are free-ranging buffalo in the hunting area and it will be expected of all hunters / visitors to sign an indemnity form. Buffalo meat may only be transported if accompanied by the necessary permits. Applicable hunting- and transport permits will be issued by Chimoyo on check-out. The daily fee includes the use of the following basic facilities : Hunters Camp:

• 1. The hunters camp is equipped with a silent generator.
• 2. Accommodation consists of 5 canvas tents (3m x 3m) on raised wooden decks.
• 3. Each tent can accommodate a maximum of 2 adults.
• 4. Linen, pillows and blankets are provided.
• 5. We do not provide any towels; please bring your own.
• 6. Thatched-roof dining area; 8-seater table with chairs.
• 7. 10 chairs for use around the boma / camp fire.
• 8. Fully equipped kitchen including a fridge/freezer, stocked with plates, bowls, glasses, utensils, pots and pans.
• 9. Ablution facilities consists of 2 bathrooms, equipped with warm water showers and toilets (serviced daily).
• 10. One old fashioned “donkey” provides warm water for the kitchen and bathrooms.
• 11. Fire wood will be supplied in limited quantities at the camp.
• 12. The camp will be serviced on a daily basis from 7h30 to 9h30.

* Please take note that we do not allow our personnel to assist guests with the preparation of food (cutting, slicing, cooking etc.) Services of Hunting Guides:

• 1. Hunters will only be allowed to hunt on foot (walk and stalk).
• 2. We have 5 hunting guides, thus 5 hunters will be allowed in the veld at once.
• 3. We have one pit blind for bow hunters.

Skinning of Animals:

• 1. Skinning of animals include: removal of intestines, head, feet and skin.

Hunting Vehicle:

• 1. Will only be used to take hunters into the veld and back to the camp and to transport the hunted animals.

Cold Room:

• 1. All hunted meat will be stored in the cool room for the duration of your stay at Chimoyo.
• 2. We do not have meat preparation facilities and we ask hunters to make the necessary arrangements with their local butchery to process

the meat after check-out.

• 3. Please bring the necessary containers / plastic bags to make transportation of the meat as easy as possible when you check-out.

Permits:

• 1. All the necessary hunting- and transportation permits will be issued on check-out.
