About CYC City Camp

  • Students are provided with a nutri>ous

packed lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday

  • Students are accommodated in state of the art

rooms of 4-6 per room.

  • Each room includes an en-suite bathroom
  • Spacious Dining Room and

large func>on/assembly areas.

Things to bring

Luggage: - Students need to bring along 2 bags. 1 x backpack to be carried as a day pack and 1 x small luggage bag preferably on wheels (recommended size is: 55cm x 55cm)

  • Students will be required to carry or roll their bags a short distance upon

arrival

  • Pencil case, pencils, pens, texta’s

Clothing

  • 2 x sets of school uniform and 1 x set of casual clothes
  • Pyjamas, toiletries, underwear, socks,

wet weather gear such as a rain slicker or poncho (avoid packing a thick coat) Bedding

  • All bedding is supplied

Safety

  • Students will wear School Uniform during the day
  • The City Police will be informed of our presence
  • All students will carry with them, phone numbers for: -

  • DET has been no>fied of the camp in line with Government

guidelines

  • An Emergency/Risk Management Plan has been developed

and specifically tailored for the camp.

Parent Helpers

10 daily helpers are required and on the first evening helpers to take students

  • bowling. Four parents are required to stay over-night.
