• To book a visit: Visit: www.mydocbcs.com and click the red ‘Schedule

Visit’ button. Then, select the ‘MyDoc Health Member’ tab in the scheduling system and enter your Member ID.

• Our providers may contact you to confirm details about your

appointment

• Be prepared to present your digital MyDoc Health membership card

at the time of your visit

• Finally, wait in the comfort of your home for MyDoc Health providers

to come care for you.
