As part of the Onboarding Checklist, associates are prompted to specify how they want their salary paid. If an associate does not select a payment method in Employee Self-Service, their payment method will automatically default to a check. A report will be run for HR that will list all associates with a check as their payment method. HR will reach out to these associates, order a pay card, and then enter the pay card information in Hoshonti as a direct deposit.
