The easiest way to let the HMIS Help Desk know which client and enrollment you need help with is to send us the link to the client’s enrollment

CSV Conversion for APRs and CAPERs

  • APR and CAPER Reports must be converted to the CSV zip file

format required for Repository uploads

  • APR and CAPER reports are run within the HMIS
  • Downloaded as Excel files
  • Converted to CSV zip files outside of HMIS
  • Knowledge base article will be available

NOTE: SSVF and RHY uploads do not need to be converted

HIC/PIT

  • All HIC/PIT data has been finalized and sent to agencies for

confirmation

  • We did not receive requests for corrections to the data, so it will be

submitted as-is

  • Finalized HIC/PIT data will be submitted to HUD at the end of this

month

  • HIC beds will then be updated in HMIS
  • Lookout for a PIT Report sometime in May
