7 Method:
  • 1. Get yourself seated on a chair of appropriate

Sheng hours are time to practice what has been learned in the whole day, this is because during Sheng hours, Qi activities in whole body are in the most active stage, the body is energetic and vigorous, the brain is in most active and effjcient status, so we never waste hours between 3 to 5pm in the afternoon. In daily life, you may take advantage of the regulation of the human body. If you have too much work to do and you stay up late, not only does this lower work- ing effjciency, but also does harm to your health, so you should fjnish your work when brain is in clearest status therefore working effjciency is the highest, do not waste those hours.
